Other than that, I am just getting ready for the fall. Cottage 20 and 21 RA...Yay! Shhh, don't tell but I am a little scared. Anyone been an RA and have any suggestions?

don't give up...keep pressing on in building relationships with those girls. and don't be scared. they already think you're cool. :) do what you just wrote about in your most recent post. be an ear. that's what most people need anyway. you're going to be a great ra. those girls are blessed.
